The Fuller Center Apprenticeship Program prepares future Early Childhood Education (ECE) professionals with the training, education, and family support needed to succeed. This program is designed to help parents build stable, meaningful careers while supporting their families every step of the way.

Over the past 3 years, we have supported 63 individuals in joining the Early Childhood workforce.

Eligibility Requirements

On-the-job training in high-quality childcare programs
Coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals
No-cost college or credentialing coursework
Family support, including subsidized childcare and afterschool programs
A clear pathway toward a sustainable, long-term career in Early Childhood Education

Eligibility Requirements

You may qualify if you meet these criteria:

Live in Palm Beach County.

Have at least one child under 18 years old in your household.

Earn a household income at or below 50% area median income(2025 Florida Housing Income Limits)
