Fuller Center to Host High-Energy LEGO-Inspired Corporate Challenge at BRIC

The Fuller Center is bringing together business and civic leaders on Thursday, April 23rd, for a morning of creativity, collaboration, and community impact at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC). This dynamic event invites teams to step away from the boardroom and into a fast-paced LEGO-inspired building challenge designed to test problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills—all while supporting a mission that strengthens children and families across our community.

Participants will work together to design and build a mystery project, with this year’s challenge being kept under wraps to add an extra layer of excitement. (Last year’s teams constructed and raced custom LEGO cars, setting the stage for a lively and competitive experience.) Projects will be judged by Fuller Center Academy students, offering a meaningful opportunity for participants to connect directly with the children their support impacts.

“For us, this event is about more than just a fun competition,” said Fuller Center CEO Eric Roby. “It’s an opportunity to share our mission, highlight the meaningful progress we’ve made, and celebrate the successes we’re seeing every day. At the same time, it’s an incredible team-building experience—participants are challenged to think creatively, collaborate, and bring their ideas to life together in a way that’s both engaging and memorable.”

For 55 years, the Fuller Center has served as a cornerstone of support for working families, helping ensure that children have access to education, resources, and opportunities to reach their full potential. Events like this not only bring the community together but also reinforce the connection between a strong workforce, thriving families, and a vibrant local economy.

Join us at BRIC for a morning that blends innovation, purpose, and fun—and be part of a collective effort to embrace, educate, and empower the children and families we serve.
