1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Fuller Center, 200 NE 14th St, Boca Raton, 33432, 561-391-7274, www.fullercenterfl.org, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Fuller Center are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
- Donation Method: During the promotion period, participants may receive a chocolate bar from Fuller Center in exchange for a suggested donation. Some chocolate bars may contain a “Golden Ticket,” which is an entry to win a prize.
- Free Method of Entry (No Donation Required): To enter without a donation, mail a legibly hand-printed 3″x5″ card with your name, address, phone number, and email to:

Each mailed entry will be contacted and treated the same as a chocolate bar entry. Limit one free entry per person. Multiple free entries will be void.
4. Promotion Period
Entries accepted from October 1, 2025, through December 1, 2025. All mailed entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2025, and received no later than December 5, 2025.
5. Prizes
- A total maximum of 3 prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning is about one in 333.
- Prizes include: $500 gift card and two adults and two children entry to A Perfect Palm Beach Holiday Event (entry tickets are worth a total of $300), which are non-redeemable for cash. The total retail value is $800.
- Total prize pool is valued at $2,400.
- All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 to winners for the fair market value of the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from among eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winners will be notified by the golden ticket randomly placed in candy bars. If a winner does not contact Fuller Center by the specific date listed on the “golden ticket”, the prize can not be collected and the golden ticket is considered null and void.
Prize Redemption Requirement: To claim a prize, winners must attend The Perfect Palm Beach Holiday Event on December 7, 2025, at The Colony Hotel, Palm Beach, Florida. Each prize includes two adult and two child event tickets for this purpose. Winners who do not attend the event on this date will forfeit their prize, and no alternate prize, cash value, or substitution will be provided.
7. Publicity & Use of Name
By participating, entrants grant Fuller Center permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
No purchase or donation necessary to enter or win. Making a donation does not improve your chances of winning. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Fuller Center is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Fuller Center, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.
