Adopt A Class Volunteers Spread Joy During National Volunteer Week

Vertical Bridge and Edison Insurance Company honor Fuller Center teachers and bring smiles to students

During this year’s National Volunteer Week, the Fuller Center was thrilled to welcome dedicated Adopt A Class volunteers from Vertical Bridge and Edison Insurance Company—two corporate partners who went above and beyond to show their appreciation and support for our educators and students.

As a surprise gesture, volunteers presented our teachers with certificates and sweet treats, recognizing the tremendous impact they have on our children every day. The celebration didn’t stop there. Volunteers also spent time with our students, helping them pick out toys generously donated by Basic Fun Toys. The experience brought smiles and laughter to classrooms across our campus.

“This is what community looks like,” said one Fuller Center staff member. “Our volunteers didn’t just drop off gifts—they shared time, joy, and gratitude, and that means everything.”

The Fuller Center’s Adopt A Class program creates meaningful partnerships between local businesses and classrooms, giving companies the opportunity to directly impact the lives of children while supporting educators.
