ADT and Fuller Center Partner to Empower South Florida Families with $55,000 Commitment

Volunteer Event and Check Presentation on August 14 Features Fun Activities, Special Guests, and Surprises for Fuller Center Families

Boca Raton, Fla. August 11, 2025 — In celebration of its 151st birthday, ADT, the national leader in smart security solutions, is partnering with the Fuller Center to invest $55,000 over three years—along with in-kind support and hands-on volunteerism—to help ensure every child in Boca Raton has the opportunity to thrive.

The partnership officially kicks off on Thursday, August 14, with a check presentation and volunteer event at Fuller Center’s West Campus (10130 185th St. S, Boca Raton, FL 33498) from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Members of the media and local leaders are invited to attend.

“Partnerships like this are essential to our mission,” said Eric Roby, CEO of Fuller Center. “ADT’s generous financial support and employee involvement help us continue to deliver life-changing programs for children and working families, including our new literacy initiatives and wraparound family services.”

As part of the event, ADT volunteers will engage with preschoolers in a fun and meaningful art activity—decorating custom smocks donated by ADT that the children can use throughout the year. In addition, ADT will donate 200 brand-new backpacks to equip both preschool and afterschool students with the supplies they need for a successful school year.

During the celebration, ADT will present a ceremonial check to Fuller Center leadership and treat families to boxed dinners at pick-up time—lightening the evening load for hard-working parents. Children will also be surprised by special guests, including Billy the Marlin and Florida Atlantic University athletic coaches, who will join in the fun with giveaways and smiles.

“Supporting organizations like the Fuller Center aligns perfectly with our mission to create safer, stronger and more connected communities,” said DeLu Jackson, Executive VP, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, ADT. “We are proud to stand beside an organization that delivers proven outcomes—like their 100% kindergarten readiness rate—and directly impacts hundreds of families in our South Florida community.”

Fuller Center’s track record speaks volumes: This summer, 93 VPK students graduated 100% kindergarten-ready, compared to a state average of just 43%. With more than 1,100 children and 700 families served annually, Fuller Center plays a vital role in building a stronger future for South Florida.

Event Highlights:

  • Volunteer Activity: ADT team members will work side by side with Fuller Center children to personalize and decorate art smocks for their preschool students.
  • Backpack Donation: ADT is donating 200 backpacks for preschool and afterschool students, helping ensure every child starts the school year prepared.
  • Informal Check Presentation: Local ADT leadership will present a ceremonial check to Fuller Center leadership during the event.
