Simone Spiegel is one of the founders, and the vice-president of Samco Properties. On a daily basis, she oversees lease and contract
preparations, the preparation of financial reports and reporting to lenders, review of financial reports and tax returns with accountants, financial forecasting, and
documentation for the purchase, sale or financing of the Spiegel’s properties.

She has been successful in maintaining excellent relationships with the Spiegel’s attorneys, accountants, lenders and other professionals, based on her experience in all facets of real estate ownership and management.

Simone Spiegel graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and Nova University Law School. She is a member of the Florida Bar.
