Volunteer Waiver

Please Read Before Signing. Upon my signing of this release, I hereby volunteer at Fuller Center on this date. I acknowledge that volunteering may involve a risk of physical and/or mental injury to any individual undertaking such activities. I understand that my services are being offered on a volunteer basis without anticipation of financial remuneration. I indemnify and hold Fuller Center and their employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, officials, representatives or volunteers from and against all claims, demands, loss or injury to my person or property incurred through negligence, or other acts or omissions, however caused by myself or by an officer, employee, agent, contractor, sponsor, official, representative or the above as a result of, or during my participation in volunteer services.

I give my permission for Fuller Center or any parent, subsidiary or affiliate of Fuller Center to photograph/videotape me (and, if applicable, my minor children). I understand that the photographs or video may be sent to news organizations and may be used for commercial purposes, including in promotional footage that will promote and support Fuller Center or its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, and I give my permission for the use of the photographs or video for any of these purposes without any payment or other liability to me. I also release Fuller Center s and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates from any claims I may have in connection with Fuller Center to use of these photographs or videotapes.

I hereby expressly assume the risk and acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this agreement and its contents. I am aware and agree that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the above organizers and participants, and I sign it of my own free will.
